Tribute
On January 12, 2016, Mr. Theodore (Ted) Hubert Palmer of Oliver passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 86 years.
Ted will be fondly remembered by his loving family including devoted wife Elizabeth “Betty”; brother James (Helen) Palmer; sons Gary Palmer (Cherie) and Ian Palmer (Bonnie); daughters Julia Frew (Lyle) and Ann Ens (Jordan); grandchildren Ciara, James, Garrison, Amber and Ashley as well as great-granddaughter Hailey.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday January 23, 2016 at the Oliver Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
The family would like to thank the home care staff who were available morning and evening; the first responders and Dr. Rooke for the compassion and care.
