On Monday February 8, 2016, Mrs. Verna Maxine Solvason of Oliver passed away at the South Okanagan General Hospital at the age of 87 years.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Maxine brightened my day every time I had the pleasure of running into her. I appreciated her great sense of humor, I’d always be sporting a genuine smile after chatting with her for a short time. It was an honor to be her pal. I’d like to extend my deepest condolences to Maxine’s family, she will be missed dearly.
